Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members across retail/hospitality operations
- Execute inventory management, cash handling, and POS system oversight
- Resolve customer escalations with grace and professionalism
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational transitions
- Train new hires on brand standards and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Available for every Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly valued
