Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations and supervise 5-8 retail associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Train new associates on POS systems and company protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and process returns efficiently
- Submit accurate weekend sales reports to store management
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
