Responsibilities
- Manage weekend team operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Conduct inventory counts and replenish stock for weekend sales cycles
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining positive brand representation
- Compile daily sales reports and weekend performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service or supervisory experience
- Proven availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts
- Basic inventory management and data reporting skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional store deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred but not required
