Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking activities
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Generate end-of-day sales and performance reports
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts independently
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Nashville local candidates preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for logistics)
