Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend staff scheduling and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Oversee daily operations including inventory and compliance checks
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations promptly
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend procedures
- Prepare weekend shift reports for management review
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Nevada gaming card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
