Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 5-10 weekend retail associates during peak business hours
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Execute weekend sales promotions and customer engagement strategies
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Process end-of-day reconciliations and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
