Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Train and supervise 5-8 team members on sales techniques and customer service
- Ensure inventory accuracy and merchandising standards are met
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with occasional holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
