Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 retail associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle daily inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Process POS transactions and resolve payment issues
- Implement visual merchandising directives
- Address customer inquiries and escalations
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if applicable)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
