Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff to ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods
- Train new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply replenishment for weekend shifts
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for continuity and handover
- Implement quality control measures during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-pressure weekend rushes
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid North Carolina food handler/serving permit preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
