Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail team of 5-8 associates during peak shopping hours
- Execute inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Train new weekend staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
