Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend store operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new team members on customer service standards
- Manage inventory and ensure product displays meet brand guidelines

- Monitor sales performance and implement weekend promotions
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
