Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend staff across dining and entertainment venues
- Ensure seamless guest experiences during peak weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Resolve escalated customer service issues with professionalism
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a high-energy environment
- 21+ years of age (required for alcohol service positions)
