Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 staff members across weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 12-hour rotations)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations during all shift operations
- Coordinate patient care workflows and emergency response protocols
- Conduct shift handovers with precision documentation
- Mentor new team members through our structured onboarding program
- Implement quality improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Collaborate with night shift teams for seamless 24/7 coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Weekend shift availability required (no exceptions)
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
