Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Manage and direct a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, feedback, and training.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with the weekday management team to align weekend goals with overall business objectives.
- Ensure all equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is inspected and operational before shift commencement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
