- Lead 8-10 person weekend teams to exceed daily sales targets
- Execute inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend hours
- Train new associates on POS systems and store protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges proactively
- Generate end-of-day sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
