Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff during peak Saturday/Sunday hours
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and process weekend shipments
- Train new associates on weekend-specific protocols
- Analyze weekend sales data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for supply runs)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during holidays
