As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer experiences while managing a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations and ensure smooth functioning during peak hours
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 weekend associates to achieve daily sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and maintain exceptional service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain store presentation
- Implement company policies and safety protocols during all shifts
- Prepare end-of-day reports and communicate key metrics to management
- Train new weekend staff on procedures and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and reporting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
