- Resolve operational escalations and coordinate cross-departmental communications
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics using proprietary software
- Train weekend staff on new processes and equipment operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environment
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
