Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all service areas
- Handle cash operations and POS reconciliation with precision
- Train and mentor new team members during weekend rotations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
