Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff during high-volume Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Manage daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards

- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend operations

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic knowledge of San Diego tourism industry preferred
- Valid food handler certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
