Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across 3 high-traffic service stations
- Train and mentor 8-12 weekend team membersResolve guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Conduct daily inventory and quality control checks
- Implement weekend promotions and upsell strategies
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
- Submit comprehensive shift reports via mobile app
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-11pm)
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 72h)
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
