Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 4-6 staff members
- Execute daily service protocols and quality standards
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment procedures
- Handle customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving
- Train new staff on weekend-specific workflows
- Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance standards
- Process payroll adjustments and shift documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
