Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 team members during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process transactions and handle cash register operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
