Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations during peak weekend hours to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Team Leadership: Mentor part-time staff and assist in training new hires to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all company visual standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Dependability: A track record of reliability and punctuality is essential for our weekend teams.
