Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend store operations including inventory, staffing, and merchandising
- Lead and mentor weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Process transactions and manage POS systems efficiently
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekdays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for store errands
