Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise and mentor part-time team members during weekend shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and maintain cleanliness standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Collaborate with management to optimize weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency

- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
