Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations including team coordination and workflow optimization
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and maintain accurate shift documentation
- Train and mentor new staff on company protocols and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record (if required for site visits)
