- Manage 5-8 weekend retail associates during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues

- Train weekend staff on products and procedures
- Monitor store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)

- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for deliveries)
- High school diploma or equivalent
