Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail staff during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures for Denver locations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Train new associates on company standards and product knowledge
- Monitor sales performance and implement weekend-specific promotions
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work consistent Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Local Denver area residents strongly preferred
