Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Mentor and develop part-time team members during weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and service escalations with professionalism
- Execute weekend promotions and special event protocols
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards during peak weekend periods
- Complete weekend shift reports and handover documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) plus holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication in high-pressure weekend environments
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
