Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Train new weekend staff on operational protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Process daily transactions and reconcile registers
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte locations
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous retail/supervisory experience preferred
