Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff performance during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and execute merchandising strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex issues to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Train, mentor, and schedule weekend staff to maximize team productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Handle cash handling, deposits, and end-of-shift reporting accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or operations management.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
