Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Lead a team of part-time associates, providing guidance and support.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
