Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Manage daily store operations during peak weekend hours to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of associates, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock counts, merchandise display, and supply chain logistics for the weekend shift.
- Customer Service: Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high retention rates.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention strategies.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and occasional evenings.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
