Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor, including shelving, stocking, and restocking products.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and digital payment terminals accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and help ensure product availability during peak weekend hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met and tasks are completed promptly.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or returns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable; we value consistency in our weekend team.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
