Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7AM-7PM)
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise according to company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless operations
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
