Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners according to safety protocols.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents and delays.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required for general warehouse duties).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates.
