Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every shopper, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Store Operations: Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale while handling returns and exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store is clean and safe for customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours with a primary focus on weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in a work environment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver throughout the sales floor.
