- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and documentation across weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient education
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Wisconsin healthcare worker credentials
