Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare daily deposits with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
