Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor product quality and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry or reporting.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
