Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operational workflows and ensure seamless handoffs between shifts
- Monitor and maintain critical equipment/systems with proactive troubleshooting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues during weekends
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Lead weekend team meetings and provide real-time operational updates
- Document processes and create SOPs for weekend-specific operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or related field
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
