Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vitals assessment and medication administration
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations during weekend hours
- Deliver exceptional patient education and support services
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care delivery
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in outpatient setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
