Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate accurate stock replenishment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high service standards are maintained.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Conduct shift briefings to align the team with company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Proven ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
