Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.
- Train, coach, and motivate floor staff to achieve daily sales targets and service goals.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and speed.
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards at all times.
- Assist with stock replenishment and organizing product displays.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required; retail management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required.
