Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational demands.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and address operational bottlenecks immediately.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Proven track record of leading weekend shifts or teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
