Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of hospitality staff, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Manage inventory levels, stock orders, and waste control specifically for weekend operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and grace to ensure retention.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of floor layouts and staffing schedules for the upcoming weekend.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; food handler's certification is a plus.
