Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities to maintain optimal stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Train and mentor new staff members to ensure consistency in service quality.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
