Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend retail associates during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Execute store opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Train new associates on POS systems and merchandising standards
- Monitor sales floor performance and implement visual merchandising plans
- Process transactions and handle cash management procedures
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven leadership ability in team settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if transporting store supplies)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
