Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily workflows and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor floor staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and assist in restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
- Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Reporting: Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate daily goals to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
